Sardinia is a natural paradise. It is the perfect place to come for those who enjoy hiking and the outdoors. It´s secluded coves and cliffs rising out from the sea as well as it´s emerald and turqoise waters are the main ingredients that make up this spectacular island.

Thanks to the many forests and renowned nature reserves, this island is very green. Going for a hike, trekk or leisurely stroll is a great option. Wild boar, foxes and many types of birds live in this habitat filled with large oak and carob trees. You´ll also enjoy the beauty in the 200 year old yew trees with seven meter trunks. This is called the valley of the weeping willows.

Throughout the island you will find many forests to visit all the way from the most northern points of La maddalena and Palu, to the southern points of Oristano. There are beautiful natural parks to discover. In the central part of Sardinia near Gennargentu is the Monte Arci Park where four millennia ago the Nuraghi´s were built. These obsidian stones are scattered throughout Sardina. Definately a sight to visit. These nuraghi´s are only seen on this island.
